Bethany Abbott is a formally trained, award winning chef with over a decade of experience working within restaurant & hotel settings. Although inspired by world flavours, Beth ensures her dishes are created using only the freshest local ingredients, all sourced from local suppliers whenever possible. Beth is passionate about preparing and serving extraordinary dishes; experimenting with seasonal produce and unique flavour profiles to create something truly special. She's excited to share her culinary passion and expertise and is looking forward to creating fantastic seasonal menus for you to enjoy.
